Weave Fabric is a remote connector. Add it as a custom connector in any client that supports them.
Create a free Weave Fabric account in the Weave Fabric iOS app. No paid plan, admin role, or special permissions are required to connect.
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors.
Find Weave Fabric in the connectors directory and click it.
Click Connect, then sign in to Weave and approve access.
To use it in a chat, click the "+" in the message box → Connectors → toggle Weave Fabric on.
That's it, Weave Fabric's eight tools are now ready to use in Claude.

Weave Fabric exposes eight tools, all scoped to your own vault. Read tools fetch; write tools change your data. The destructive writes (edit, forget, rename) modify or remove existing data and prompt for confirmation in the client.

Browse or full-text search your memories, with optional tag and date filters.

Return every memory carrying a specific tag.
